I’ve been accepted as the most recent member of the “I’m sure I used to be in good shape” club. It’s a quickly growing club, if you weren’t already aware of it.
Right on the heels of that honour, I joined the “time to fight for what I’ve still got” club.
My day off afforded me the chance for a short workout and my first outdoor jog of the year (YAY!). The feelings associated with both were my confirmation letters to the aforementioned clubs.

I’m in the same boat. I bought a DDR pad to help me with some aerobic exercise. Then to find time to actually use it now seems to be the problem.
